H₂ Europe Energy Partners GmbH was established in November 2022 as the renewable energy subsidiary of PBM Holdings GmbH. The company functions as an investment and off-take platform for green energy projects. The platform focuses on promoting and accelerating the green energy transformation of our global society and economy in a market-based manner. We work with industrial users, governments and utility companies to generate forward financial commitments and secure long-term capacity.

By working with the best project developers, investors and technology providers, we are developing renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on green hydrogen and derivatives, for the decarbonisation of our global industries.
